Liposuction techniques may be used to reduce localized fat deposits of the thighs, hips and buttocks, abdomen and waist, upper arms, back, inner knee, chest area, cheeks, chin and neck, calves, and ankles. Our liposuction in NJ procedure can be performed alone or along with other plastic surgery procedures.

LENGTH 1 to 2 hours or more.

ANESTHESIA Local, epidural, or general.

IN/OUTPATIENT Usually outpatient. Extensive procedures may require short inpatient stay.

RECOVERY Back to work: 1 to 2 weeks. More strenuous activity: 2 to 4 weeks. Full recovery from swelling and bruising: 1 to 6 months or more.

DURATION OF RESULTS Permanent, with sensible diet and exercise.
