Dr. Gregory A. Greco is a distinguished dual board-certified plastic surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Greco has led the Division of Plastic Surgery at Rutgers-Monmouth Medical Center as Chairman and has maintained a private practice in Red Bank, NJ, and New York City since 2002. Renowned for his expertise in full-body cosmetic surgery and breast reconstruction, he offers refined, patient-centered care. Dr. Greco holds esteemed academic roles, including General Surgery Residency Program Director at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health-Monmouth Medical Center, Assistant Program Director at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson, and Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at both Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Drexel University. He also serves on the Monmouth Medical Center Foundation Board of Trustees.

Former President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Dr. Greco has held numerous leadership roles within the organization, including Board Vice President of Health Policy and Advocacy. He is a former President of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons and actively serves on the boards of the Visiting Nurse Association Health Care Group and the Tigger House Foundation, advocating against opioid addiction.A graduate of Adelphi University and The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Dr. Greco completed his surgical training at Monmouth Medical Center and his plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Originally from Long Island, Dr. Greco now resides between the Jersey Shore and Manhattan with his family.
